A cooking app meant to inspire the youth to explore their culinary capabilities. Our goal is to show Generation Z that cooking does not have to be a challenge, and instead can be easy, quick, social, and fun! With this exciting application, anyone can be cooking in no time!

Main Goals
Generation Z is the age group cooking the least,
due to many factors such as time, money, preparation mess, and lack of knowledge. The goal of this app is to show Generation Z that cooking doesn't have to be a stressful task, and can instead be social, budget friendly, non-time consuming, and easy!
Design Process
When creating Zippea's branding, I aimed for a design that is both bubbly and friendly in order to resonate more with younger audiences. I also decided to highlight the "pea" as a way to bring attention to healthy eating as well as the brand's mascot

Special Features
There are a large amount of cooking apps and websites that already exist currently. However, Zippea has budgeting features as well as shopping resources highlighting affordable grocery pricing based on location which is not commonly seen

Peater the Pea
Peater is Zippea's Mascot, and his primary functions are to help the user both better understand the apps functions and provide cooking tips and tricks. Him being a pea helps promote healthy eating and healthy living which are both benefits of home cooking

Print Materials
For the showcasing of this app, I chose to provide Zippea logo stickers and well as Peater stickers for people to take. Also available for the public was a recipe card highlighting one of the recipes present in the app as well as branding assets present throughout
Final Showcase
The showcasing of the Zippea app was meant to reflect a home kitchen setting meant to make the user feel senses of familiarity and comfort and to accurately depict a primary instance where a user would be using the app. The display also included printed stickers and recipe cards on a tray themed to the brand. The app itself was displayed both on a phone and monitor
